Lucep Opens First Subsidiary In Bengaluru
Bangalore, India, 2nd March 2016 – Lucep whose web tool generates thousands of leads and increases revenue generation for hundreds of small businesses around the world, shared their vision for the enhancement of their in house Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine to be conducted in their office in Bengaluru, the first outside of their Singapore HQ. Lucep helps businesses by increasing leads generated and conversion rates while also decreasing the amount of lead leakage from the company’s website.
Lucep has been building an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) engine codenamed “Sales Gorilla” into their system’s backend with the goal of learning how better to engage with visitors to websites and encourage them to contact the business. Current Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools are manually managed by experts who are either from agencies or highly paid within companies.
Kaiesh Vohra CEO and Co-Founder of Lucep who is also the mastermind behind the AI says “The Lucep AI will automatically test visitors across all of our customers’ websites to see what works better to generate leads. The contact widget will automatically adapt to the learnings from all of the websites using our tool. This means that small businesses do not have to worry about making the changes themselves as the system will be working behind the scenes to generate more leads for them.”
Talking about their new office Co-Founder Zal Dastur said “India is an exciting and dynamic market. We have noticed a large uptake of the Lucep tool from India since we took it to the public only months ago. Bengaluru makes sense for us because of the entrepreneurial spirit that is in the city and high quality of development resources. People here are hungry for online business and that suits our tool perfectly.”
The Lucep software seamlessly integrates with websites, and encourages visitors to raise enquiries. As soon as a request is made, the entire sales team is notified instantly wherever they are through the Lucep mobile app. Learning from the success of taxi aggregators like OLA, Lucep gamifies the sales process by not sharing any details with the sales team until a sales rep claims the lead for himself. The lead is packed with deep analytics about the user providing insights into what they are interested in, what type of customer they are, and how they arrived at the site among other pieces of data.
Dastur said “Most B2B business live and die on their response times to leads from their website. Studies have shown that 30-50% of B2B customers give their business to the first person that responds to them. This drives home the importance of responding quickly to leads for small businesses.
India has just announced they will be issuing a new tax against companies that spend money for online advertising. Our clients already spend more than 1 Lakh on advertising, so will be watching their return from their spend much closer. Lucep helps our clients to get more value from their investments in advertising.”
Lucep already works with a wide variety of businesses such as real estate developers, hotels, digital marketing agencies, software testing companies, tax consultants, business service consultants and many more.
